My name is Ronald Bender and as a child my parents frequently took me to visit my Aunt Martha who lived in a horrifying nursing home for the last 14 years of her life. These visits always bothered me and they sparked a desire to learn how I could help others prepare for retirement throughout their lifetimes. My own career in Lifetime Protection Services and Long Term Care began in 1997 when my mother started losing her faculties. Prior to this time I started educating myself on the financial burdens associated with living too long, dying too soon or getting sick. Mom didn’t want to end up like Aunt Martha and I encouraged her to purchase products that offered solutions to life’s uncertainties.
